Blood Bangladesh (রক্ত বাংলাদেশ) is operated by Abu Talib Studio. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and how you can request deletion of your account and personal information. By using Blood Bangladesh, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2.About Blood Bangladesh
Blood Bangladesh is a free humanitarian platform designed primarily for people in Bangladesh to help connect blood donors with people who need blood. The application provides features including: searching for blood donors, finding donors by blood group and location, viewing donor profiles, contacting donors, creating blood requests, receiving relevant notifications, managing donor profiles, tracking blood donation information, donor points and leaderboard features, reporting and blocking users. Blood Bangladesh is not a hospital, blood bank, medical service, or emergency medical service.
3.Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the application, we may collect the following information.
3.1 Name
We collect your name when you create or manage your account.

- User identification
- Donor profile functionality
- Connecting users with donors
3.2 Phone Number
We collect your phone number for account-related functionality and donor communication. If you create a donor profile, your phone number may be made available to other Blood Bangladesh users so they can contact you for legitimate blood donation-related purposes.
3.3 Email Address
We collect your email address for account management and communication-related purposes.
3.4 Blood Group
We collect your blood group because it is essential for donor search and blood matching functionality. Your blood group may be displayed as part of your donor profile.
3.5 Precise Location
Blood Bangladesh may request access to your device's precise location after obtaining your permission. Location information may be used to: find nearby blood donors, improve donor search and matching, provide location-based donor results, identify relevant geographic areas for donor discovery. You can manage or disable location permissions through your Android device settings.
3.6 District, Upazila and Area
Users may provide geographic information such as division, district, upazila, or area. This information helps users find suitable donors in specific geographic areas and may be displayed as part of a donor profile.
3.7 Profile Photo
Users may choose to upload a profile photo. A profile photo associated with a donor profile may be visible to other Blood Bangladesh users.
3.8 User IDs and Authentication Information
We collect user identifiers necessary to create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
3.9 App Activity
Information about activity within the application may be collected for analytics and to improve application functionality.
3.10 Crash Logs and Diagnostic Information
Crash logs and diagnostic information may be collected to identify technical problems, improve application stability, and troubleshoot errors.
3.11 Device and Other IDs
Device or other identifiers may be used for application functionality such as push notifications and related technical services.
4.How We Use Your Information
We may use collected information to: create and manage user accounts, authenticate users, maintain donor profiles, search for blood donors, match donors based on blood group and location, help users find nearby or relevant donors, allow users to contact donors, process and display blood requests, send relevant notifications, maintain donor activity and related features, provide points and leaderboard functionality, detect and prevent misuse, handle user reports and blocks, improve application performance, diagnose crashes and technical problems, maintain application security, respond to support and privacy requests, comply with applicable legal requirements.
5.Donor Profile Visibility
Blood Bangladesh is designed to help users find and contact blood donors. When a user creates a donor profile, information provided for donor functionality may be visible to other users. Depending on the information provided, a donor profile may include: name, blood group, profile photo, phone number, district, upazila or area, location-related information, donor availability, other information voluntarily provided by the donor. Users should carefully consider the information they provide in a searchable donor profile.
6.Blood Requests and User-Generated Content
Blood Bangladesh allows users to create and share content such as blood requests and donor-related information. Such content may be visible to other users when necessary for the application's blood donation functionality. To help maintain a safer community, Blood Bangladesh provides: in-app reporting, in-app blocking, administrative review of reports, review of new profiles to help prevent spam and misuse. Users are responsible for the information they submit.
7.Firebase and Third-Party Services
Blood Bangladesh uses Google Firebase for backend and application-related services. Firebase may process information required for: user authentication, database services, backend functionality, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting and diagnostics, security and technical services. Blood Bangladesh does not use Google AdMob or other advertising networks.
8.Data Sharing
We do not sell users' personal information. Certain information may be made available to other Blood Bangladesh users when necessary for the application's core functionality. For example, donor profile information may be visible to users searching for suitable blood donors. Information may also be processed by service providers such as Firebase when necessary to operate the application. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to: comply with applicable laws or legal processes, protect the safety and security of users, investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents, protect the rights, property, or safety of Abu Talib Studio or its users.
9.Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction. Data transmitted between the application and applicable services is protected using appropriate security technologies, including HTTPS/TLS where applicable. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
10.Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to: provide Blood Bangladesh services, maintain user accounts, provide donor-search functionality, maintain application security, prevent fraud and abuse, meet applicable legal obligations. When a user requests account deletion, applicable personal information will be deleted from our active systems, subject to information that may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law or for legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes.
11.Account and Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their Blood Bangladesh account and associated personal information.
In-App Deletion
Users can request account deletion through the account/profile functionality available within Blood Bangladesh.
Web-Based Deletion
Users can also submit an account deletion request through the dedicated account deletion webpage provided by Abu Talib Studio. The web-based deletion mechanism is intended to remain accessible even if a user no longer has access to the application. When a valid deletion request is processed, the associated account and applicable personal information will be deleted from our active systems, subject to legally required or legitimately retained information.
12.Children's Privacy
Blood Bangladesh is not specifically designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws. If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, they may contact us.
13.User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the information they provide through Blood Bangladesh. Users should: provide accurate information, only provide information they have the right to share, avoid sharing another person's personal information without permission, use donor information only for legitimate blood donation-related purposes, respect other users, report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate activity. Blood Bangladesh should not be used for spam, harassment, fraud, or misuse of donor information.
14.Medical Disclaimer
Blood Bangladesh is a humanitarian technology platform designed to facilitate connections between blood donors and people seeking blood. The application does not provide: medical diagnosis, medical treatment, professional medical advice, hospital services, blood bank services, emergency medical services. Information available through the application should not be considered medical advice. In a medical emergency, users should contact an appropriate healthcare provider or emergency medical service.
15.Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application, services, data practices, security practices, or applicable legal requirements. When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Blood Bangladesh একটি বিনামূল্যের মানবিক প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যার মূল লক্ষ্য বাংলাদেশের মানুষের মধ্যে রক্তদাতা এবং রক্তের প্রয়োজন রয়েছে এমন ব্যক্তিদের যোগাযোগ সহজ করা। অ্যাপটির প্রধান সুবিধাগুলোর মধ্যে রয়েছে: রক্তদাতা খোঁজা, রক্তের গ্রুপ ও অবস্থান অনুযায়ী ডোনার খোঁজা, ডোনার প্রোফাইল দেখা, ডোনারের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা, রক্তের প্রয়োজনের Request তৈরি করা, প্রয়োজনীয় Notification পাওয়া, Donor Profile পরিচালনা করা, রক্তদানের তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও ট্র্যাক করা, Donor Points ও Leaderboard, ব্যবহারকারী Report ও Block করার সুবিধা। Blood Bangladesh কোনো হাসপাতাল, ব্লাড ব্যাংক, চিকিৎসা প্রতিষ্ঠান বা জরুরি চিকিৎসা সেবা নয়।
৩.আমরা কী কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
আপনি অ্যাপটি কীভাবে ব্যবহার করছেন তার ওপর ভিত্তি করে আমরা নিম্নলিখিত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারি।
৩.১ নাম
অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি ও পরিচালনার সময় আমরা আপনার নাম সংগ্রহ করি।

৩.২ মোবাইল নম্বর
অ্যাকাউন্ট পরিচালনা এবং ডোনারের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগের সুবিধার জন্য আমরা মোবাইল নম্বর সংগ্রহ করি। আপনি যদি Donor Profile তৈরি করেন, তাহলে আপনার ফোন নম্বর অন্য Blood Bangladesh ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে দৃশ্যমান হতে পারে, যাতে তারা রক্তদানের প্রয়োজনের ক্ষেত্রে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।
৩.৩ ই-মেইল
অ্যাকাউন্ট পরিচালনা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় যোগাযোগের জন্য আমরা আপনার ই-মেইল ঠিকানা সংগ্রহ করি।
৩.৪ রক্তের গ্রুপ
ডোনার খোঁজা এবং রক্তের গ্রুপ অনুযায়ী matching করার জন্য আমরা আপনার Blood Group সংগ্রহ করি। আপনার Donor Profile-এ Blood Group অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে প্রদর্শিত হতে পারে।
৩.৫ সুনির্দিষ্ট অবস্থান / Precise Location
আপনার অনুমতি নেওয়ার পর Blood Bangladesh আপনার ডিভাইসের Precise Location ব্যবহারের অনুমতি চাইতে পারে। Location ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে: কাছাকাছি রক্তদাতা খুঁজতে, ডোনার Search ও Matching উন্নত করতে, Location-based donor results দিতে, প্রাসঙ্গিক এলাকার ডোনার খুঁজে পেতে। আপনি Android ডিভাইসের Settings থেকে Location Permission নিয়ন্ত্রণ বা বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
৩.৬ বিভাগ, জেলা, উপজেলা ও এলাকা
ব্যবহারকারী বিভাগ, জেলা, উপজেলা বা এলাকার মতো geographic information প্রদান করতে পারেন। এই তথ্য নির্দিষ্ট এলাকার উপযুক্ত ডোনার খুঁজতে সাহায্য করে এবং Donor Profile-এর অংশ হিসেবে অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে দৃশ্যমান হতে পারে।
৩.৭ Profile Photo
ব্যবহারকারী চাইলে Profile Photo আপলোড করতে পারেন। Donor Profile-এর সঙ্গে যুক্ত Profile Photo অন্য Blood Bangladesh ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে দৃশ্যমান হতে পারে।
৩.৮ User ID ও Authentication Information
অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি, Login, Authentication এবং Account Management-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় User ID ও সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে।
৩.৯ App Activity
অ্যাপের কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কিত কিছু তথ্য Analytics এবং অ্যাপের functionality উন্নত করার জন্য সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে।
৩.১০ Crash Logs ও Diagnostic Information
অ্যাপের Technical সমস্যা, Crash এবং Stability সমস্যা শনাক্ত ও সমাধানের জন্য Crash Logs ও Diagnostic Information সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে।
৩.১১ Device ও অন্যান্য ID
Push Notification এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট technical functionality-এর জন্য Device বা অন্যান্য Identifier ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
৪.আপনার তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করা হয়
সংগৃহীত তথ্য নিম্নলিখিত উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে: User Account তৈরি ও পরিচালনা, Authentication, Donor Profile পরিচালনা, রক্তদাতা খোঁজা, Blood Group ও Location অনুযায়ী Donor Matching, কাছাকাছি বা উপযুক্ত ডোনার খুঁজে পেতে সহায়তা করা, ডোনারের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগের সুযোগ দেওয়া, Blood Request তৈরি ও প্রদর্শন, প্রয়োজনীয় Notification পাঠানো, Donor Activity ও সংশ্লিষ্ট Feature পরিচালনা, Points ও Leaderboard পরিচালনা, অপব্যবহার শনাক্ত ও প্রতিরোধ, Report ও Block পরিচালনা, অ্যাপের Performance উন্নত করা, Crash ও Technical সমস্যা শনাক্ত করা, অ্যাপের Security বজায় রাখা, Support ও Privacy Request-এর উত্তর দেওয়া, প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিধিবিধান মেনে চলা।
৫.Donor Profile-এর তথ্য দৃশ্যমানতা
Blood Bangladesh-এর অন্যতম উদ্দেশ্য হলো ব্যবহারকারীদের উপযুক্ত রক্তদাতা খুঁজে পেতে এবং তাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে সাহায্য করা। আপনি যখন Donor Profile তৈরি করবেন, তখন Donor functionality-এর জন্য দেওয়া কিছু তথ্য অন্য Blood Bangladesh ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে দৃশ্যমান হতে পারে। Donor Profile-এ থাকতে পারে: নাম, রক্তের গ্রুপ, Profile Photo, মোবাইল নম্বর, জেলা, উপজেলা বা এলাকা, Location-related information, Donor Availability, ব্যবহারকারীর স্বেচ্ছায় দেওয়া অন্যান্য তথ্য। তাই Donor Profile তৈরি করার সময় কোন তথ্য অন্যদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করতে স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যবোধ করছেন তা বিবেচনা করে তথ্য প্রদান করুন।
৬.Blood Request ও User-Generated Content
Blood Bangladesh ব্যবহারকারীদের Blood Request এবং অন্যান্য Donor-related information তৈরি ও শেয়ার করার সুযোগ দেয়। অ্যাপের Blood Donation functionality-এর প্রয়োজনে এই ধরনের Content অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে দৃশ্যমান হতে পারে। ব্যবহারকারীদের নিরাপত্তা ও ভালো পরিবেশ বজায় রাখতে অ্যাপে রয়েছে: In-App Reporting, In-App Blocking, Report-এর Administrative Review, Spam ও misuse প্রতিরোধে নতুন Profile Review। ব্যবহারকারী নিজের দেওয়া তথ্য ও Content-এর জন্য নিজেই দায়ী।
৭.Firebase ও Third-Party Services
Blood Bangladesh backend এবং application-related services-এর জন্য Google Firebase ব্যবহার করে। Firebase নিম্নলিখিত কাজের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য Process করতে পারে: User Authentication, Database Services, Backend Functionality, Push Notifications, Analytics, Crash Reporting ও Diagnostics, Security ও Technical Services। Blood Bangladesh-এ Google AdMob বা অন্য কোনো Advertising Network ব্যবহার করা হয় না।
৮.তথ্য শেয়ার করা
আমরা ব্যবহারকারীর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না। তবে অ্যাপের মূল functionality পরিচালনার জন্য কিছু তথ্য অন্য Blood Bangladesh ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে দৃশ্যমান হতে পারে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, উপযুক্ত রক্তদাতা খুঁজছেন এমন ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে Donor Profile-এর তথ্য প্রদর্শিত হতে পারে। অ্যাপ পরিচালনার প্রয়োজনে Firebase-এর মতো Service Provider-এর মাধ্যমে তথ্য Process হতে পারে। আইনগত বা নিরাপত্তাজনিত প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা তথ্য প্রকাশ করতে পারি, যেমন: প্রযোজ্য আইন বা Legal Process মেনে চলার জন্য, ব্যবহারকারীদের নিরাপত্তা রক্ষার জন্য, Fraud, Abuse বা Security Incident তদন্তের জন্য, Abu Talib Studio বা ব্যবহারকারীদের অধিকার, সম্পত্তি বা নিরাপত্তা রক্ষার জন্য।
৯.তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা
ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্যকে Unauthorized Access, পরিবর্তন, প্রকাশ, অপব্যবহার বা ধ্বংস থেকে সুরক্ষিত রাখতে আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত Technical ও Organizational Security Measures গ্রহণ করি। অ্যাপ এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট Service-এর মধ্যে Data Transmission-এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হলে HTTPS/TLS-এর মতো নিরাপত্তা প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করা হয়। তবে কোনো Internet-based service-ই শতভাগ নিরাপত্তার নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারে না।
১০.তথ্য কতদিন সংরক্ষণ করা হয়
Blood Bangladesh-এর Service প্রদান, User Account পরিচালনা, Donor Search, Security, Fraud Prevention এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন মেনে চলার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় সময় পর্যন্ত তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে। ব্যবহারকারী Account Deletion Request করলে প্রযোজ্য ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য Active System থেকে মুছে ফেলার ব্যবস্থা করা হবে। তবে আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা, Security, Fraud Prevention বা অন্যান্য বৈধ কারণে নির্দিষ্ট তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করার প্রয়োজন হলে সেই তথ্য প্রয়োজনীয় সময় পর্যন্ত রাখা হতে পারে।
১১.Account ও Data Deletion
ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের Blood Bangladesh Account এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।
অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে
Blood Bangladesh-এর Account/Profile section-এর মাধ্যমে Account Deletion Request করা যাবে।
Website-এর মাধ্যমে
Abu Talib Studio-এর নির্দিষ্ট Account Deletion webpage-এর মাধ্যমেও Account Deletion Request করা যাবে। এই Web-based deletion mechanism ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাপে প্রবেশ করতে না পারলেও Account Deletion Request করার সুযোগ দেওয়ার জন্য রাখা হবে। Valid deletion request process হওয়ার পর সংশ্লিষ্ট Account এবং প্রযোজ্য ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য Active System থেকে মুছে ফেলা হবে, তবে আইনগত বা বৈধ কারণে সংরক্ষণযোগ্য তথ্য এর ব্যতিক্রম হতে পারে।
১২.শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা
Blood Bangladesh বিশেষভাবে শিশুদের জন্য তৈরি কোনো অ্যাপ নয়। প্রযোজ্য আইন লঙ্ঘন করে শিশুদের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমরা জেনেশুনে সংগ্রহ করি না। কোনো অভিভাবক বা Legal Guardian মনে করলে যে কোনো শিশু যথাযথ অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য দিয়েছে, তাহলে তারা আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।
১৩.ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
Blood Bangladesh-এ দেওয়া তথ্যের জন্য ব্যবহারকারী নিজেই দায়ী। ব্যবহারকারীদের উচিত: সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা, নিজের অধিকার থাকা তথ্যই প্রদান করা, অন্য ব্যক্তির ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য অনুমতি ছাড়া প্রকাশ না করা, Donor Information শুধুমাত্র বৈধ রক্তদানের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা, অন্যান্য ব্যবহারকারীর প্রতি সম্মানজনক আচরণ করা, সন্দেহজনক, প্রতারণামূলক, abusive বা inappropriate activity Report করা। Blood Bangladesh Spam, Harassment, Fraud বা Donor Information-এর অপব্যবহারের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
১৪.Medical Disclaimer
Blood Bangladesh একটি মানবিক Technology Platform, যার উদ্দেশ্য রক্তদাতা এবং রক্তের প্রয়োজন রয়েছে এমন ব্যক্তিদের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ সহজ করা। Blood Bangladesh প্রদান করে না: Medical Diagnosis, Medical Treatment, Professional Medical Advice, Hospital Services, Blood Bank Services, Emergency Medical Services। অ্যাপে পাওয়া তথ্যকে Medical Advice হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা উচিত নয়। জরুরি চিকিৎসার প্রয়োজন হলে ব্যবহারকারীদের উপযুক্ত Healthcare Provider বা Emergency Medical Service-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা উচিত।
১৫.Privacy Policy পরিবর্তন
অ্যাপ, Service, Data Practice, Security Practice বা প্রযোজ্য আইন পরিবর্তনের কারণে আমরা সময় সময় এই Privacy Policy আপডেট করতে পারি। পরিবর্তন হলে এই পৃষ্ঠার উপরের Last Updated / সর্বশেষ আপডেট তারিখ পরিবর্তন করা হবে। ব্যবহারকারীদের নিয়মিত Privacy Policy পর্যালোচনা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
