Delete your account — Account Deletion Request
If you want to delete your Dena Pawna Hisab account and personal data, fill in the form below. You can also delete it from Settings → Delete Account inside the app — this web form is for users who can no longer access the app.
How it works
- Fill in the form: give the name and phone number (and email if you used one) linked to your account so we can identify it.
- Verification: we match your phone/email. We may contact you by call or email if needed.
- Deletion: after verification, your account and associated data are deleted from active systems within 72 hours.
What gets deleted
- •Your account details — name, phone and email
- •Your ledger entries, balances and totals
- •Your payment history and saved notes
- •You will be signed out and the account will no longer work
Some logs may be kept for a limited time for legal or security reasons (Privacy Policy §10).
Important
This action is irreversible — once deleted, you must create a new account with the same phone/email. If you made a mistake, contact info@abutalibstudio.com within 24 hours.
Alternative: you can also delete directly from Settings → Delete Account inside the app.
